Denver, Colorado's Rorschach Test was conceived by James Barker (vocalist) during the early 90s. The groups brand of nu-metal and industrial burrowed heavily from bands such as Korn, Static - X and Ministry. In 1996, the band released their debut album ' The Eleventh' independantly, but it wasn't until 1999 when the band was signed to E-Magine Entertainment and released their major label debut 'Peace Minus One'. After years of drug abuse, poor management, death, and broken contracts, Rorschach Test disbanded in the early 00s. Over the past few years, the band was reported to be back together.
