Fearing they were in danger of being smothered by their label, the band split from them and organized and funded a European tour by themselves. Fortunately, the band came to the attention of EMI music, and under Dreamworks the album 'Clarity' was released worldwide, followed by 'Bleed American' (later self-titled after September 11th 2001). 'Bleed American' was the turning point for the band, receiving massive radio and television play, particularly the radio-friendly single, 'The Middle'. Their latest album 'Futures' was released in 2004, and also received widespread critical acclaim. « hide
