The band is opposed to self-publicizing, with a lot of the members being anarchists, and most of their fan base is made by word-of-mouth. Godspeed You! Black Emperor went on an indefinite hiatus in 2003, but reformed in 2010. Several side projects have bloomed into full time works for the members of Godspeed, such as A SilverMt. Zion, Fly Pan Am and 1 SpeedBike. « hide
