God Seed is a Norwegian black metal band based in Bergen, Norway. The name was adopted in March 2009 by former Gorgoroth
members Gaahl and King ov Hell following the conclusion of the Gorgoroth name dispute with former bandmate Infernus. After
the initial retirement of vocalist Gaahl in July of 2009, the band reformed in 2012 to release their debut record, I Begin]/i].
