Everybody should give a listen to a Velvet album. They're just great and all in different ways. If you didn't know, this band formed in 1965 and have made four studio albums between 1967 and 1970 which sold really badly at the time, however in the seventies Brian Eno said that every person who bought some of their albums formed a band. The Velvet Underground remain as a very influential band and an important one.
