Queen are the only band to have a top 10 hit written by each member of the band. As a group they released no fewer than 15 albums, and many more as solo artists. It is estimated that 130 to over 300 million of their albums have sold worldwide.After Mercury's death from AIDs complications, the band went into a dormant period. They released an album in 1995 containing unfinished material produced before Freddie's death. Bassist John Deacon retired while Brian and Roger still remain active.
At the moment, Queen are touring with Free/Bad Company's Paul Rodgers under the moniker, Queen + Paul Rodgers. « hide
