A highly influential Finnish five-piece extreme metal act combining power metal, harsh vocals and neoclassical. Fans of the band argue the genre, but the band themselves just call their music "Metal". Their old material had a vague connection to black metal with its atmospheric approach but in recent times they've leaned more towards thrash metal with the presence of brutal riffing, never once losing their extreme power metal edge.
