| I have been listening to this album many times since the release. It is a nice mixture of more regular hard rock/metal songs and more experimental ones. Tarja sounds great on this album, there is room for both her more classical sound and recently developed chest voice. Another thing I particularly liked are the more experimental songs like Spirits of the Sea and Silent Masquesrade. There are a few slight flaws, but they can't ruin the fun for me |

I was a bit sceptical at first when reading that the album would feature a lot of electronical
elements. Doubting how that could be incorporated properly in the WT sound. Fortunately, the end
result turned out to be strong. Apart from the electronical elements there are also influences
from other genres to be heard. Everything blends in really well providing a more modern and
polished sound. This in combination with the quality of Sharon's voice makes me want to hear
Resist on a regular basis. |

Very good album. Probably her best so far. It is a perfect blend between metal and classical
music. That combined with strong vocals, good songwriting, a rich and diverse set of instruments
and a couple of surprises along the way. A well deserved 5 star rating.

| Ah very good and diverse album. It features very strong vocal performances by both Sharon and the guest vocalists. The band does a great job backing them up so i can't do anyhting else but giving this album a high rating. |
