AWESOME album! Zach Dawson's vocals are better than ever. New Bodies is heavy, technical, overall beautiful, basically everything to look for in a great hardcore album.

Bring Me the Horizon Sempiternal4.0
I have never liked any work by BMTH before but this album just impressed me on so many levels. It is rare that I rape the replay button on a whole album, but damn did I do it here. Bring Me The Horizon has created an outstanding album with Sempiternal.
Childish Gambino Because the Internet3.5
Childish Gambino Royalty3.5
A solid mixtape overall. Royalty exceeds Camp by my measure. Better lyrics, better beats, and more things are covered in Royalty. You can tell that he wasn't really going for the pop oriented sound on this one, just good music with lyrics from the heart.

Would have given it a 2 tbh but I still have faith in Glass Cloud to not turn into a chugfest band, they've simply got too much talent, The Royal Thousand shows that. It's just an angry EP, nothing more. Wait for another full length to form an opinion on where this band is heading.

Issues Black Diamonds3.0
A mediocre, somewhat respectable debut EP. If you are looking for great music, you won't really find it on Black Diamonds. Keep in mind though that the EP was thrown together within a few months of the band's formation and in that period of time the expected keyboardist (Ben Ferris) left the band. For what it is, it isn't bad, but nothing great, still 100x better than Genesi[S]. Tyler Carter and Michael Bohn still do their thing.
Killswitch Engage Disarm the Descent4.5
Jesse Leach returns with AWESOME vocals! He covers about every kind of scream you could imagine and also provides the passion KsE fans have come to expect from him in the cleans. BLAST BEATS! Awesome guitar work throughout the album. If you're looking for great metal/metalcore then don't let any Howard bias deter you from Disarm The Descent.
Like Moths to Flames When We Don't Exist2.0
If you're looking for a 30 minute breakdown, you've found it. Everything here is as generic as generic can be, some catchy choruses are the only thing keeping this album from a 1.
Lorde Pure Heroine4.5
Listening through Pure Heroine is comparable to taking a trip through suburban teenage years in slow motion. Overall great listening experience.

The Amity Affliction Chasing Ghosts3.5
They have a great sound, listen to this album if you like that sound because there is a lot of it. The Amity Affliction's fatal flaw on this album is that all the songs really sound the same. That's what pushed me to purchase only a few songs off iTunes rather than whole album.

Woe, Is Me Genesi[s]1.0
There isn't a shred of musical talent exhibited on Genesi[S]. Monotone screams and below average clean vocals are used with atrocious lyrics which are written based only upon former singer Tyler Carter and the "hAt3r$" (yeah, the album seriously has 2 topics and yes, they are swag-fags). Guitar is chugs, chugs, chugs, anddd more chugs. Austin Thornton (aka King Boss of the band) somehow managed to depreciate in drumming ability. Just a terrible excuse for music, Woe, Is Me is killing post-hardcore.
Woe, Is Me Number[s]3.5
Woe, Is Me Number[s] (Deluxe)3.0
If we are going strictly on the bonus tracks here then this is Good at best. Vengeance, Fame>Demise, and the cover of Fame > Demise acoustic are great songs in my opinion. Unfortunately they cannot make up for the crap music that is the other songs. Crap remixes of good songs because Caleb Shomo thinks he's a DJ and a terrible hardcore cover of We R Who We R make the album worthless. Only bought on iTunes because it is same price as the original, but I get bonus material as well.
