A very different band live. Seeing the live show makes you appreciate this album a whole lot more. Definitely an album that grows on you over time. The tracks Demons, Bible Belt, and No Rest play very well back to back to back.
These guys ought to be heard by so many more people (who don't just say "Hey, these are Mumford the second!" - incredible debut, even better live performances.
I think it's unfair that they're inheriting the Mumford haters, I see no blatant similarities. This album is
promising, a great debut and I can't wait to see what they put out in the future.
Really surprised this isn't more popular, one of the best albums I've heard in years, I would recommend it to anyone. Mumford is of course a comparison but this band is so much more, please do not let this comparison put you off. I see big things for this band and I'm certain it will be on numerous year end lists for 2012.
