really good songs. i accept change, because change happens. if i want to hear old ceremony, i'll listen to old ceremony records. regardless, this album is very very good!

The most compelling thing about this record is its inconsistency. No tangible flow can be detected through the tracklist, and for every decent song there are two that beg you to question their existence. I might've considered giving this a 2.5 if it wasn't for the truly shocking opener 'Hysteria'. I don't think I've heard a song so bad from -what used to be- a genuine band in a very long time; it literally sounds like American Idiot-era Green Day.
