This is how Judas Priest should have sounded in the 80s, instead of like shit. Not to say Trouble don't have their own thing: there's really no other band that falls this directly between doom metal n' speed metal. There are some bits that are more punishing than your average blastbeat gurgle band, quite an accomplishment given they probably had no idea what death metal was back in its infancy. Probably the the best Christ rock album besides Master of Reality! ;D

Interesting and amazing album, a bridge between the Candlemass-alike epic doom's and the thrash metal's realms. For a debut, it is shockingly well executed, and contains tons of massive riffs.
