Objectively the greatest EP ever created, if you disagree, you're wrong!

Not enough like Dragonforce yeah?
The title-track is euphoric, Major/Minus has groove and Moving To Mars is beautiful. Yup,
immensely excited for the new record.
Which a little birdie tells me will be released on October 10.

Absolutely nothing new or special. The members of Coldplay do nothing to demonstrate any
musical ability and instead create simplistic catchy pop tunes, completely lacking any

yeah its a terrible title but this is coldplay continuing to develop their own sound. three great pop songs that don't try to be anything more. Mchailas needs to learn what "context" means

On one listen I'm torn between a 3 or a 3.5, but I'm going with 3.5 because Viva la Vida was a 5 for me and I refuse to believe that they've fallen so far from that. I actually think the full LP will be good (probably in the 4 range), this EP is just a little boring is all.

Preliminary review of Every Tear Drop is A Waterfall
Another Coldplay album is being released and none of them have failed to disappoint. Their
last album in 2009, Viva La Vida, made Coldplay as mainstream as ever and pushed Coldplay
into a "happier" more refined direction. Coldplay fans decried their new polished sound and
longed for personal acoustic sounds of "Parachutes" and "A Rush of Blood to the Head."
Coldplay's beings with "Every Tear Drop is a Waterfall," a song which you could hear playing
in a club, or cliche song on the radio, but instantly forgettable.
Major Minus pushes the listener in 180 direction. It's systematic, edgier, like you're
walking into a war zone. It's catchy as hell as well, with Chris' falsetto repeating to a
thumping baseline and electric guitars, making it a memorable, haunting song.
Moving to Mars starts with Chris singing in a low, baratone voice. It's a strip-down piano-
driven songs Coldplay fans have been waiting for. It has a spacey feel, similar to the
"Parachute" songs mixed with a catchy beat from X & Y.
If these songs are anything like the new album Coldplay has instore for us, than i'll become
one of my most anticipated albums of the year.
