Anthemic, memorable, and insanely catchy, Under Soil and Dirt is one of the best pop punk albums released in quite some time, and serves to remind everyone just how great pop punk can truly be.

I'm rating this a 5 because, to me this is a classic. This may not be the most innovative
music of all time but there is something about this album that never fails to captivate.
There is not a song that hasn't earned its spot on the record. At any time on any day I am
ready to throw this CD on and be lifted out of reality by the catchy hooks and the
surprisingly impressive musicianship. I've seen live acoustic videos, and I wasn't impressed
by the vocals; but that really doesn't even matter. These songs don;t need amazing vocals.
Get a crowd of people who know the lyrics and you've got yourself a show people cannot help
but to sing along to. Thats not to say the vocals are bad, infact, on the album, his
aggressive tone perfectly correlates with the melodic guitar riffs, and infectious drum
beats. In a genre with so many forgettable records, this one stands out like the north star.
I cannot wait for their next release, but I am cautious because this is one album that is
going to be hard to top. Best Tracks:THE WHOLE THING!

This album is fantastic, as it showcases lots of vocal talent but also good instrumentation. I still don't quite understand the use of pitch correction as Parker is a fantastic vocalist as is, and has lots of power and potential. Way more refined than their earlier stuff. This band is going to get big fast.

An album that will relate to the younger person inside all of us, Under Soil and Dirt is a shining example of pop-punk still sounding like pop-punk while maintaining an entirely fresh and modern sound. The power and clarity in Parker's voice is only matched by the crisp quality of production featured in this rather short but exciting effort. With well-written lyrics, dangerously catchy choruses and veteran-like musicianship (within the respective genre), it's hard to not get at least a couple of these songs stuck in your head.
