3.0 ratings for me are very rare; I only give them when a record leaves a very confusing impression on me. This is an example. Aaron Bruno has a good and gritty voice, but he doesn't know what to do with himself. I have no idea what to think about this one. Should I like it, should I hate it, I don't know... The album is a fusion of metal, indie, alternative, industrial... just basically almost every genre is present here. No idea about this one.

It's a good amount of fun, the tracks are VERY varried so it's interesting to say the least but you get the feeling that Aaron is trying very hard to find his place or just at least enjoys not having a specific one at all and would rather produce whatever fucking music he feels like. rBy all means a good listen if you like electro centered rock, but expect it to bounce around between styles and tempos constantly from track to track. Very aimless but fun nonetheless. Plus Sail is like the number 1 sex song of last year.

I'm really enjoying this band at the moment. First heard 'Sail' on the Edge, then 'All I Need', and now I'm listening to the whole album. Aside from a couple songs, very solid release.

I'm not much into indie, but this album is very catchy and just flat out enjoyable to chill out and listen to. It has a sound that makes you feel good. Nit-picky technical aspects aside, when it comes down to it, this is a very fun release.

A great collection of poppy indie songs, the biggest strength of this Album lies within it's variety of ideas, which flow into every single song. That's why the LP never get's boring or repetitive. It's not perfect though, some of the songs never quiet take off. On the other hand, some of the choruses are ridiculously catchy. Overall it's more a 3.75, than a solid 4, but still very enjoyable. Best tracks: People, Jump on my Shoulders, Sail, All I need.
