Fish Outta Water is definitely an interesting release. It's less politically oriented than some of the other material he's done and he's no longer rapping on Jurassic 5 type beats. Instead, we get just as awesome club beats, a few good guest appearances, and Chali's great lyrics. Also, his booming bass and smooth-as-an-oiled-up-latino-girl's-skin-type flow definitely are the best parts of this. However the album lacks steady pacing and the latter half of the album is weaker than the first
