A good album that's severely hurt by filler, no consistent musical theme, and moments of overpretentiousness. "Rebel Hell" and "Mic Check Ein Zwei" are amazing, and showcase how great Tony Moon is, but the entire album's bogged down by lack of direction and unnecessary tracks.

Tony Moon's brand of socio-politico babble was at least tolerable and cohesive in the soul-drenched Moon Shine: For The Kids!, but here Moon jumps from good beat to completely different good beat and ruining it with even more babble. Moon's flow is ace, but just about everything else about his rapping, his one-dimensional, preachy lyricism, his obnoxious, Lupe meets Big Boi voice, and his annoying beyond belief delivery, just shit all over everything here. Basically, listen to "Rebel Hell", "Midnight Music", and "Requiem for a Lunatic", because everything else here is pretentious as hell. Sorry Bowldog
