| 3.0 good | Pennywise_M | January 25th 26 | I Promise The World market themselves cleverly, letting nostalgia do much of the heavy lifting.
While all the bells and whistles, along their single "Bliss in 7 Languages", made me anticipate a
true return to form for 00's metalcore, their self titled effort leaves much to be desired in
terms of originality and cohesion in their songwriting. Much like with the band's past releases,
this EP displays a whole lot of potential that continues to go unrealised. It's still a chill
listen with some good tracks. Hopefully the next one will be where the band focuses on making the
compositions come together more purposefully, and less like glueing together clashing ideas.

| 4.0 excellent | LaKeSRiVeRn | January 16th 26 | Feels like I am listening to a mix of vanna from 2005, counterparts, and haste the day. Love it!
