I didn't even like Preachers Daughter. I was just minding my own business and here she goes making the album (EP?) of
the year. As a work of poetry alone, this is a masterpiece.

This album more than many others defies rating really, so I can only speak for myself saying I really did like it, not as much as Preacher?s Daughter alas. This stands more as a testament to the time and demographic that Ethel cain sort of appeals to that it is okay, and ENCOURAGED to care about what youre making without a layer of irony. And that on its own is really more important than whatever the content actually is. I respect this album more than I enjoy it, though it is definitely worth listening to, despite the length.
