Syrian still remains true to their futurepop style but adds a touch of guitars into the mix for Alien Nation. The outcome is decent, as the some of the melodic lines intended for a synth have been spiced up with an overdriven guitar. One track, Helium, even has a Middle Eastern main theme using a sitar and vocals, yet it still remains in the usual futurepop body in the hopes that it is enjoyed by everyone. Hypercube takes on rave style main theme making it perfect for the clubs. Although Alien Nation can still be categorized as futurepop, it is so diverse that it is a definite must for any fan.
