A strange one this. I'm seeing tags for blackgaze and post-hardcore but it's both those things and neither of things at the same time. So much going on in this release and yet there's a real charm to it throughout.

Incredible finale track, it suits the album appropriately and takes the little extra step you want it to. Score has potential to go up later if required cause I'll be re-listening shortly.

It?s a post-metal album that has a lot of the same overly long and boring song structures that bore me to death. If you?re a fan of length and intricate guitar passages then you will probably enjoy this. Otherwise, you are better off with other post-metal albums.
