More nightmarish, more diabolical, more complex... the second chapter of Blut Aus Nord's Disharmonium is an absolute monster of a record. Frightening spirals of disharmonic flow, which will drag you to unknown realms of abysmal nightmares. (Good headphones are recommended!)

Blut Aus Nord have made another nightmarish album, rejoice. Its relentless darkness and twisted world of flesh abominations certainly is something to be in awe of, yet the relative straightforward nature of the writing causes the thing to lag and drag in some unpleasant ways, often leaving one looking at the clock.

Punishing and dissonantly grabbing you into its sick maelstrom, this second Disharmonium nevertheless didn't embark me as much into its lovecraftian saga as its predecessor. Consistent band is consistent though.
