4.5 superb | Halez | June 2nd 23 | This is something special. The 8 minute long track "The Song At Creation's End" is some of the best stuff you'll hear all year, and the ending stretch is pure bliss.

2.0 poor | Gary STAFF | June 27th 23 | Feels sablonic. Dissonant, a bit plastic, moody and very angry... I don't know, this is rather irritating (not to mention the overly loud vocals in the mix). "Language of the Stars" was nice, but because it was different and more ambient than everything else... what a waste of time!

3.0 good | Gene Gol-Jonsson CONTRIBUTOR | June 20th 23 | An album that goes into every corner of -core music and finds influence in every direction, only to clumsily assemble it into an album that loses its steam around the half way point. It's a shame really, the energy and sheer commitment to the style at first is quite invigorating.

4.5 superb | ajcollins15 | June 7th 23 | The sophomore outing from the three-man UK band showcases a real step forward in their sound. Although the band stays within their very classic and mellow sounding mathcore and post-hardcore with charged-up lyricism. The way in which everything comes together and the band adventures out from what they were doing on their debut is infinitely better than what they did on their debut. On the band?s debut, all the mathcore bombardment got stale very quickly and made for a sludge fest to get through. But on ?Blossom? they change through various shades of progressive metal, alternative metal, blackgaze, and screamo. On top of that, they incorporate a rich ambiance to help add a lot of needed texture. Overall, this is a breathtaking and politically charged sophomore album from the band that helps them stand out above what they were doing before.

5.0 classic | Mser94 | June 2nd 23 | Lock-in-step with Rolo Tomassi as being one of
the most genre-bending bands in
mathcore/progressive metal/post-hardcore.
Production is awesome, performances are
memorable, and this project can standalone as
a showstopper album in heavy music.
