Party In The USA and Kicking and Screaming rule but the rest of it is pretty generic and boring. shes still not as terrible as many would have you believe however and the songs are all undeniably just the usual catchy pop rock tunes that Disney has crafted time and time again with its teen stars. The songs themselves are all rather listenable and the first two are definitely highlights but it is the third track that gets really grating.
The songwriters for Miley sure know how to craft a catchy tune. I would be suprised if she had anything to do on the album, besides singing, which even that is swamped with auto-tune and layers, but really under it all her voice is not that bad. A few really good songs with a few duds
