Technically and melodically satisfying in every way possible. As a drummer, the drum work on the album is absolutely mindblowing but so so subdued at the same time. The music has a near-paralytic calming effect but is never close to being boring. A truly remarkable record.

Wow "All That We Can See" AND "Any Other God" are in my top songs of the year. but every song rules because the flow is impeccable, the singer is bold and accessible, and the drums are ridiculously good. a grower and keeper; very promising record for this band.
