3.5 great | Gene Gol-Jonsson CONTRIBUTOR | June 13th 20 | Blaze of Perdition have always been kind of a hit or miss band. I'd say that in the grander scheme of their discography, this album is more a miss. Not a lot stands out from their general relentless brutality, but at least you have serious fun listening.

3.4 great | Trey STAFF | February 1st 20 | This is some great epic melodic death metal. Blaze Of Perdition have released an album that is more melodic, more dynamic, and more diverse than anything they've done before. The songs feel more like well-crafted songs than winding journeys this time around, too, which makes them much more accessible despite still sitting firmly in black metal territory. Pretty much a step up in every aspect of their sound.
