Anyone still trying to shoehorn this band into the deathcore pigeonhole needs to get their ears checked. You'd have to be a complete metal peewee to say anything out of these guys after Hate was straight deathcore with an occasional solo. rIf it's not your cup of tea, that's totally fine. Don't try to play it off like it's because the band's phoning it in.

Thy Art is Murder really needs to shake some things up, because a good half of the songs on
here are complete snooze-fests, and I absolutely hate that I think that. CJ needs to show off
some more range instead of just his growl, and riffs need to stop being recycled. Def their
weakest effort to date so far, but not necessarily a bad album.

The band's most accessible and diverse album to date, and if it's also destined to be the most underrated, so be it. I'll be part of the minority. Good work lads.

Solid effort from the band that got me into this genre in the first place but as much as i love CJs vocals he really needs to shake it up a bit more next time, same goes for the music. Even though it is relentless and punishing like you'd expect from them they can only stick to this formula for so long.

I can pretty much listen to Thy Art Is Murder any day of the week, but with this album... oh boy, I don't want to hear it a second time. I REALLY liked Hate and Dear Desolation, but this just sounds like bad leftovers from Dear Desolation. Eternal Suffering is the only decent track, but it's nothing stellar

At its worst, this album is repetitive as hell with the same tired formula again and
again. But, the instrumentation is pretty freaking good despite the album struggling to
separate itself from the pack; vocals are amazing as usual with TAIM. I recommend
Voyeurs Into Death and Atonement. Death Squad Anthem was their worst effort on this
release imo.
