A very interesting and unique album. Sounds like power metal, and the lyrics are largely based around the novel Dracula. However, on the last few songs, the concept seems to drift off and the song Harsh Reality sounds like something Anthrax would write. I especially liked the classical sound to it.
Nosferatu is arguably Helstar best record. Criminally underrated, this album is filled with excellent tracks like To Sleep, Per Chance to Scream, Harker's Tale (Mass of Death), The Curse Has Passed Away, Swirling Madness and specially Baptized in Blood. The guitar solos on Baptized in Blood are unbelievable. Great record.
