This album is quite something. The guitar, bass, and drums are fantastic and the vocals are hit-or-miss, but I enjoy them. The vocalist sounds like he is insane, and it goes well with the music at times. The music itself ranges from crazy and harsh to beautiful and melodic. The lyrics, when translated, are... yeah. But I don't let that detract from the wonder of the music. The last half of Kali is one of the best things ever. Listen to this album.
This is refreshingly insane. It is punky, progressive, techy, avant-garde, has thrash & death & grind vibes - all in a natural sounding package without coming off as eclectic or arty. Later era Gorguts is one influence that comes to mind, but these guys have a much more lighthearted approach. Funny, interesting, intelligent and really worth listening to.
