The list of mistakes this album makes is staggering. What an embarrassment. If my pain fetishist tendencies flare up this month I'll give a shot at expressing how I feel about this album in review form.

Indeed, never before has Ensiferum put out an album that was this painful to listen through on the first spin. I thought the album would grow as I listen to it, but I couldn't even bear to listen till the end on my second attempt. One Man Army's songwriting still had some effort put into it, but here it seems the band is relying on people accepting anything as long as the cover says Ensiferum. I cannot understand how the band that made Victory Songs can be so utterly devoid of musical ideas nowadays.

What an Ensiferum album would sound like if they stripped away all the elements that made them each unique and added a shitty accordian. Has a couple bland songs but also has a some good solid ones I still occasionally listen to, though none hold a candle to their other songs. Unfortunately is without a doubt their worst album
