This album has none of the fun, infectious energy nor sheer catchiness that drove the debut
straight into my list of top metalcore albums. The lyrics are even worse than the those that were
the low point of the debut, and Caleb Shomo's remarkable talent for writing irresistibly catchy
melodies is seemingly non-existent here. This, unfortunately, is a monumental disappointment for a
band previously poised to take the metal/hardcore genre by the jugular.

A complete failure by this band in regards to taking everything/ anything positive about their previous release and stepping it up in any sort of way. Extremely predictable songwriting and cliche'/boring/as-basic-as-possible lyrics make this a very passable album. Bump

I feel like this record lacks the power, passion and ironically the aggressiveness of the debut album. Great lyrics again all good sing alongs but the instrumentals all sound dull and weak... Bump

Boy, this album was really disappointing after the amazing record that was 'Disgusting', I was expecting something with so much more kick behind it after that, but as it stands Caleb got a little complacent after then first record did so well.rThat doesn't stop it being a decent enough record though. 'Hated', 'However You Want It Said' and especially the finale track 'King of Anything', are all really good songs, but it still can't stand up to Disgusting

Imagine the exact same album that they released two years ago, but lazier. You nailed it. Also on a bit of a side note, the album art is definitely up for the worst of all time. Bump

hysterisch dan op het
vorige album en dat is
een vet minpunt. Voelde
ik op het vorige album
de pijn door elk woord
sijpelen...nu blijft
het een beetje aan de
oppervlakte en komt het
nog maar in enkele
nummers boven borrelen.
Nou is deze plaat zelfs
met minder teksten en
energie,nog veel beter
dan veel van de
posthardcore/metalcore
troep, die de laatste
tijd uitkomt. Ik had
alleen graag gezien dat
de band zich in een
stijgende lijn zou
ontwikkel (zoals
bijvoorbeeld de laatste
van Architects).
Desalniettemin een
strakke plaat.
