This is nice, classy, serene jazzy instrumental hip hop at its best. Madlib does an awesome job, using his beats to envelope me in a calm, pontificative state of mind.
Madlib's mindfulness for jazz shows its truest colors on here, mixing exotic, newer sounds from his hip hop influences, and the smooth intricacies of everything Blue. It sounds like a mad scientists concoction of all types of Jazz from all era's and a spice of hip hop, and it sounds AWESOME. Madlib is a genius.
