Everything about this album is a step forward from The Inevitable and I. The vocals propel each song towards bliss, and the meaty chill grooves slide easily into the cranium, slowly intoxicating you while making you wonder " Why can't Circa Survive be this good"?
Very solid album, the band really found its own niche for this record. First half is quite better than the second, but none of this is bad by any stretch. Reminds me of Juturna era Circa Survive + Kaddisfly
They've not only eliminated their vowels but any shred of evidence that they were ever called a post-hardcore band. Call for the blood of your leaders.
