I dont understand. What is sputnik's problem with Hollywood Undead? They may seem to copy Hybrid Theory Era Linkin Park, and have similar sound to Limp Bizkit with this album, but who cares? I think they did better and they were more mature with this album. I know people rate this band as a 1 just because sputnik hates them. Why don't you try listening to them actually? Im not saying that they are a great band, and there are better bands out there, not going to lie. But they are certainly better than a 1. I didn't expect such a sound from Hollywood Undead, but i kind of like it.

Didnt expect such a diverse and surprisingly decent album from Hollywood Undead. From The Ground, Lion, Dead Bite and Outside are all quite good.

This band is a fucking abomination with their shitty rapping and scene image, one of the main problems with the music industry today. As for the music itself, the influences and idea on this album are thrown together so sloppily and in such sophomoric manner you'd have to be fucking 12 to not feel embarrassed by it.

Why would any band ever be interested in ripping off Linkin Park and Slipknot? I thought it was pretty established that those were the two worst bands in the universe. I think we have a new contender though. This shit is as gay as it gets.

Rap and rock are able to come together *only* if a band's material happens to be either average or above that. Notes From the Underground - the third album by Hollywood Undead - is not a great example, as the lyrics are typical wangst or straight-up dumb. Not to mention the songwriting, which is mostly trite and simply exists for a crowd who haven't a clue who Stuck Mojo or Cypress Hill are. This record has its moments of decency, but they're few and far between.

whataheck it was? I mean it`s in several times weaker work than previous one. We Are has notable chorus, some nice elements in From The Ground and Lion, but overall it`s poor work. First, third, sixth..., and one more time!

Rated based off singles instead of full album. After listening to full album I changed my opinion.

One of the most overproduced, monotonous albums of all time that opens the floodgates for ridiculous amounts of swearing that has come with each of this bands albums and the most unnecessary collection of sing-a-long choruses out there. Do not consider listening to this as it will mentally scar you.

Regardless of whether you like this style or not, one has to respect HU's ability to produce catchy songs with rsolid electronic instrumentation. They also remarkably blend rap and rock, which is usually a recipe for rdisaster (a.k.a American Tragedy), and this album is without a doubt their most mature effort yet, shitty rlyricism in a few party songs (pigskin, up in smoke) aside. And one has to admire hysterically simplistic lyrics rsuch as "supercalifragi--suck my dick," which is undeniably funny unless you take yourself way too seriously. rThey are without a doubt at their strongest producing rock songs - From the Ground, We Are, Lion, and rOutside are actually extremely good songs. If you wanna compare to Swan Songs, the only thing their debut rhas over this album is the party songs were undoubtedly catchier, but this album is far more mature. Highly rrecommended album, and it is hard to believe you wouldn't like this album at least a little bit unless you go rinto it intent on hating it. Outside is a phenomenal track.
