It's been a long journey, one worth experiencing with a band that has grown over the years,
even with the departure of Aaron. Regardless of religion this band has made some pretty
spiritually shaking material & I wish luck to all of it's members on their next endeavor.
Since Underoath decided to put this anthology in reverse chronological order, all the good songs are in the first half. The album pretty much goes from awesome to laughably bad over the course of its length
So sad to see this band call it quits, especially after such a phenomenal trio of albums. The two final tracks from Underoath(and the only new songs here)'Sunburnt' and 'Unsound' carry on the high quality of music set by the band's recent output, with the latter being generally more melodic and probably the better of the two songs. Listening to this just makes you hungry for more! Reunion please!
