It has it's moments, but overall it's very uninspired and seems to force a heavier sound in which the vocalist
seems to struggle with. Recommended for Fans of Welcome Home Armageddon, the nostalgic feel of their older
work has all but diminished.

Definitely a step up from Welcome Home Armageddon, but still far from their best work. The "screamed" vocals sound a little tired at a few points throughout the album - perhaps Matt should stick to clean vocals. But instrumentally quite an accomplishment.

Going to join the majority here and say that the vocalist's voice has its pitchy moments. That being said, there are some really catchy songs on here and the music stays interesting. I really think alot of the songs are hit or miss, mostly due to the vocals.

This music is excellent, Matt does seem to struggle with it at times though. Pat is great on drums. At 29 minutes its a bit short and leaves me wanting more

While I feel Matt Davies' vocals are somewhat forced (as far as the screaming) and I do prefer their longer songs (think casually dressed and welcome home armageddon) I'm a fan of this album. I dig their more straightforward and punchy metalcore approach. Definitely not like their older stuff, though, and at just 29 minutes, it feels a little empty and short. The title track, "Best Friends", "The Distance", and "Death Comes to Us All" are recommended tracks.

third listen in, its definitely not as good as WHA. Miss the contrast between Matt and Ryan, and it's not melodic as i would have liked, not much variation in it.

Huge downgrade. The classic FFAF guitar leads, riffs and melodies are gone and replaced by a new straight up metalcore approach. Unfortunately it turns out to be really generic, uninspired and simply bland.

So hyped for this. I've heard audio samples from all songs on this album (and the two that have been released already), and I can definitely say one thing, I am incredibly impatient for this album!
