I can justify this 1 because I literally don't think I've ever hated music as much as I hate this. Don't know why, it's so mediocre that it shouldn't be offensive, but I just hate it.

Some fucking nerve you have, throwing a hissy fit onstage like you're the second coming of Johnny Ramone when you're releasing safe bullshit like this, Billie Joe. Green Day gave up artistic integrity a long time ago, but now they've stopped giving a shit about songwriting altogether.

Yes, it's dumb. Yes, Billie Joe is twice the use by date of a punk rocker. Yes, this album should not have been made because they should have stopped. But there is just enough good stuff on here ('Oh Love' is an absolute gem) to cover up the flat and mediocre and scrape 'UNO!' up to a pass.

iFUCK!, this album is downright dreadful, not because it's horridly composed, but because it's in all ways the definition of lazy. Everything about this album is a lethargic, uninspired mess. Every hook, section and delivery has been done before, thousands of times by better bands, the lyricism is almost laughable and the vocals while catchy seem to float above the instrumentals doing nothing interesting in the slightest.

This is a decent album guys, however does blend a bit and vocals sound slightly overproduced at points. Lyrics are a bit silly and some songs sound a lot like previous work, but there are some good tracks! Dos! and Tr?! will be better!

If UNO! was your first introduction to Green Day, you'd take away from this album that they can play one song twelve different times. Thanks to the production of Rob Cavallo, long time producer of Green Day, every song has the exact same feel, same sound, same sheen, and never throughout its 42 minute runtime does Green Day change it up either. It makes for a truly awful and tedious listen experience, more so than 21st Century Breakdown.

Kill The DJ reminds me of Robbie Williams crossed with Blood On the Dance Floor and stands out as the worst song on here but none of it is particularly good. it is not the worst thing ever recorded by any means but its definitely not worth the money they would charge you for it

The songs are catchy enough, but as a whole the record is way too over-produced. It sounds polished, glossy and lacking any kind of abrasiveness. Lyrics in most of the songs don't make any sense. Packed with bad metaphors and cliched themes, the band has nothing to say anymore - no message and no meaning to shape the noise into art.

I really find this album to be real monotonous in a sense, the album didn't exactly excite me when I started listening it from the start to the end, in fact, I skipped some tracks 'cause I found some to be a little boring, and the songs are repetitive too. Ok, there were good songs like "Stay The Night" and "Carpe Diem", but still I am disappointed. I am a fan of this band myself, and love their other previous albums, but for this album, no matter how I try to like it, I just can't. I also planned to buy this album, but after hearing it (thru via internet), I guess it's not worth my money.rYou can hate me.
