This isn't bad, it just doesn't have anything that's different or particularly unique about it. It is certainly catchy and energetic, something many lesser known hardcore bands have been lacking recently. However, the lead singer has really poor vocals and blackzombie is right in that the drums are very typical, which is a really easy turn off for some. I do like the metal-influenced guitars, and I certainly wouldn't mind hearing an LP out of this band and see how they've progressed from here. I'm between a 2.5 and 3 right now.
