 | Kman418 hmm... well loma is probably my favorite modern screamo band but i'm sure you've already heard them. maybe try aussitot mort (post rock stuff), the brass (idk how to describe them even they're weird but awesome) and sed non satiata (you've probably heard them too but if you haven't, omg do it now)

| foxblood the style alone of the show was great, good atmosphere and stuff. mostly because i love the way hand-drawn characters look in motion, Bakemonogatari is like most newer stuff in that everything is done with computers and characters barely move and will stay static for minutes on end while conversing. makes it feel low budget for me (regardless of whether it is or not, idk) but yea not hatin'

| mindleviticus Yeah, if you're still interested in Naoki urasawa's work check out "Pluto" as well, it's shorter but still pretty amazing. Although 20 Century Boys is the best. Why oh why they didn't make an anime for 20 Century Boys I will never know.
