 | BallsToTheWall Id say 2 on off days, one for breakfast and one later. 4 on work out days, 2 in morning 2 after. Make sure to drink alot of water in between.

| BallsToTheWall Max i'd say 4-5. Your muscles grow when you rest and sleep. Over training prevents that. What I do a week, bicep, chest/triceps, shoulder/back/traps, legs/abs and maybe throw in another bicep or chest routine. It depends. Sometimes I start a routine on Saturday, Sunday or mondy. It's all varies. Another common misconception, dont work out abs every day. They need to recover like everything else.

| BallsToTheWall Yeah. Roids mess with your mind and alter your moodiness. You can use either whey, egg or vegan protein to add to your shakes along with the creatine. Creatine and protein powder. Two to three shakes a day andadd nuts, frozen fruit, and powder and you're set. Just be sure to work out three times a week. The results depend on how hard you push yourself. But don't over exert. Eat plenty of chicken, eggs, pasta and peanut butter to bulk up.

| BallsToTheWall That would be the least of your worrys. Just eat alot, kind of healthy work out and do kre-alaklyn 1500. You'll get results relatively quick.

| BallsToTheWall Not worth the risks bro. I highly recommend Kre-alkalyn 1500. It's a buffered creatine which means you bulk up, put on weight,get stronger and don't have to worry about water retention, looking bloated or worrying about when to stop or whatnot. You finish a bottle either 120 or 240. Two early in the morning one after workout. Well that's what I do, other people have their own doses but I listen to the bottle recommendation. Plus no psychological mind altering effects or shrunken balls.

 | StreetlightRock I mean you need to consider things to hook your reader. If someone doesn't give a damn about Black Milk, why should s/he give a damn about what you have to say about him? So the idea is to make sure that every point you make is framed somehow, give it a context - if you're saying the music does X, you need to preface it with why it is important at all that the music does X. Treat the review like a story, with themes to tie it together, and with a beginning, middle and end that flows.
