Im starting to drive in the paint since i've been getting confident with my strength but really need to learn to dribble.

 | SeaAnemone don't know if this is what you're talking about-- but I occasionally (every other month or so for about a week) and sporadically get a sharp pain in my shins when running with each step. can it be traced back to improper or old shoes, maybe? that's often the case with shin/calf problems.
