| MillionDead Hahaha, I'm noticing a lot of people lurked that. I think it's going down in the annals of "The Secret History of Sputnik." But yeah, it was pretty nuts lol.
| Spag That's a sweet rec, I've heard it before years ago, definitely a cool album but I'll need to hear it again before I rate it. I'll add it to my evergrowing lists of albums to slam. :]
| Spag Oh and kudos for giving that Human Remains album a 4, it rules really hard
| Spag Yeah, I feel like some of my ratings in general will turn heads but especially for Death. I give everything a fair listen though I'm mainly a doom guy at this point in life. Honestly, I feel like most of 5s aren't even albums that get super praised either. Epicus Doomicus Metallicus is probably the most praised 5 I have lol. Also I literally just finished Scream Bloody Gore right now no joke, I dig it way more than Symbolic.

| Trifolium Nice! That's great, it indeed is very nice. I like that you can hear their more primitive style yet it's already so full of ideas. Plus it was lovingly made. An album with personality! What's your favourite track from it?
| Trifolium Great choice, hope you like it! It's thrashier than Nothing, but has the same great grooves and vibes. Jens is amazing on that one, and it has some of their absolute best tracks I think. They're a lovely band, haven't released a bad one yet.
| Trifolium I think you can't go wrong, and it depends on what you'd want from them, but DEI or Koloss would probably work best.
| Trifolium Oooh that's a good question! I'd probably suggest Koloss if you want some more modern vibes, or Destroy Erase Improve or Chaosphere for some older vibes. DEI is them figuring out their style, it's quite melodic; Chaosphere is super fast and aggressive; Catch 33 is a very weird and dense experiment because it can be seen as one 45 minute song; Koloss is catchy and totally awesome; and Violent Sleep is somewhat more organic, many people adore it but it hasn't clicked in that way for me yet.

| Demon of the Fall Yeah good man, yourself? Not been around much lately, been concentrating on non-music related things I guess, still listening to stuff when I can though.
| Source yeah i'm not really a bm person overall, but i can dig all kinds of stuff
| Source i indulge in some of the classics every now and then
| Source nice man. eyes of tomorrow is super underrated, so spread the word if you like it
| Source sweet. what are you gonna check next
| Source yes coroner are great especially their later stuff, and if you end up liking coroner i'd recommend eyes of tomorrow by the band aftermath since it is kind of similar. also i'd say check out believer's first three albums as well, particularly dimensions and sanity obscure. a couple other favs of mine are manic impressions by anacrusis and night of the stormrider by iced earth (that one is more power/thrash but you might like it). curious to hear what you think
| Demon of the Fall Did you recommend me the Haunter album from this year? I can see my old reply in October, so perhaps I remember correctly. Thanks, s*** is good!
| Spag Agreed! I've got a jam their others again , but Anthems is definitely my fav Emperor
| Gnocchi Hopefully my Esoteric review will bring things back to a positive plane of normality.
| Gnocchi Just this one apparently. I'm all good for actual discussion, but for whatever reason people are getting "is this well-written" confused with "do you agree" - I dont normally get hung up on it but hey welcome to the internet right?
| Demon of the Fall That?s my man, it works well definitely! Once I listened to it proper loud, but then I realised it needed to be LOUDER!
| WretchedCacophony Lord Belial review is still simmering in my mind. Nothing written yet but I'm sure I'll find a good time to write something shortly
