 | Inoculaeted I like the White Silence comparison. Like White Silence it marries the aggressive nature of the Cave In debut with their more melodic prog bits from Jupiter. I just also listened to the second Zozobra (Bird of Prey) and it is heavier. I'm digging it lots.

| kalkwiese Hab ja noch gar nicht geantwortet. D: Wirklich schade, die Show war toll. Besonders The Ocean haben mich überrascht, da war Energie hinter und trotzdem waren die Songs wie langsame Ungetüme. Leprous waren natürlich live exzellent, das war einfach super. Die Setlist war aus den Alben von Coal bis Pitfalls wirklich das beste mMn. ?

| kalkwiese Leprous sind mMn eine der besten Progmetalbands, die es gerade gibt. :) Und Einar hat eine Wahnsinnsstimme! Letztes Jahr habe ich die mit Agent Fresco gesehen, das war großartig. Darauf hätte ich wirklich Bock. Ich will mich am Wochenende dann entscheiden, ich habe gerade leider nicht den Kopf dafür, mich festzulegen x)

| kalkwiese Tut mir leid, aber The Contortionist haben mich in letzter Zeit eher kalt gelassen, was die Studioverionen angeht, außerdem habe ich gerade gut zu tun. Würde ich mehr auf TC stehen, würde ich das trotzdem irgendwie hinbekommen, aber so habe ich gerade einfach keine Lust. Gibt es noch andere Konzerte, die dich in nächster Zeit interessieren?

| kalkwiese Black Peaks sind mir noch kein Begriff, mal schauen, ob und wann ich mich da mal reinhöre - so viel Musik, so wenig Zeit! | kalkwiese Yea, I'm sorry, but I don't think the The Contortionist show makes sense for me. But I am interested in two shows later this year: Leprous/Agent Fresco in Frakfurt a. M. (19.9) and Caligula's Horse in Düsseldorf (30.10.). These are shows I don't want to miss and I'm enough into these bands to truely enjoy them

| kalkwiese You know, there is so much stuff I still want to check, but when I'm checking a new artist and I really enjoy it then I stick to them for quite some time. I don't like rushing these things, it feels shallow sometimes ^^ These two bands could fit into my tastes though

| osmark86 Haha yeah, it used to be higher but as of lately I've mostly been rating albums I actually dig.

| osmark86 touring could potentially happen, but it's a little bit more difficult these days (wife and full-time job) but I can think of a lot worse things to spend vacation days on ^^. we actually toured the EP about 4-5 years ago and swung by Germany together with another band, God Mother. dig gigs in Dresden, Berlin and Lübeck.

| osmark86 yes, I live in Stockholm. we are currently just working from the practice space trying to finish off a bunch of songs we've been working on forever haha. I'll definitely hit you up once we're finished recording and ready to release what we have.
