Review Summary: An ostentatious collapse of stupid shit proportions - no more will I bask in the glow of progressive “music”.

The proficiency of the equilibrium compels onward investigation, yet I find myself lacking in joviality after whence music plays. Indeed, the universe calls for a second Jesus, something that will fill out hearts and minds as we propel our Earthly tools for future developments. Yet, in the Earth’s darkest hour, when no omninescent light seems to glimmer, there is hope that it does not reside vacantly, but rather as a wayward expression nestled gently between brains. Or at least, there was hope previously speaking, but then Tool released Fear Innoculum.

Tool play their music as gods (say trite laymen), yet cogeherently they don’t. That is their fatal flaw: that they act like rhythm masters, but don’t engage in sense provoking beats. Why they would pretend requires further theological essays, but I beg to evoke one simple question: when does music prey on the easily stupid? Tool, indubitably, play note upon tepid note seemingly to stimulate their selfish orgasms, yet not to stimulate other organs, such as the splendiferously ecstatic heart. Drone-like they invade our homes with their religion of guitar and drum worship, to the brink of madness.

Exiquentially, Tool’s spark of life is of a dead rose, a man fainting in the shadow where no one can hear him, a queef in the wind. The vocal singing is god awful, reminding oneself the mortality of man and how imperfect we are. The man is clearly in a drugged hazor every day of his life, and he seems to sing for what laymen call, “Lols”. The rest of the band is lazy too, repeating the same riffs as though they forget their are two strings on guitars. The drummer sounds like he’s trying too hard to try too hard, and it reminds me that our lifespan is short. The abject repititiousity makes it seems like their brains are dead yet their limbs continue to play for the will of Satan. In conclusion, an album with a mental deficiency musically, a lack of the brain organ with diminishing returns.

For me it's like a 3, but I am not a huge Tool fan. Theyre literally just baby's first prog band
