Review Summary: Sorrow
How many times I have listened to Mineral letting myself go with the raw and emotive sounds of The Power of Failing;
How many times I have let Parking Lot's screams occupy and dissolve my heart,again and again;
And lastly, how many times I got back to it after a long and finally vain exploration for something similar that could provoke me the same squeezing feeling;
Probably, the meaning of life is to know that no matter what happens , there is something out there that you can feel connected to and rest your soul to its affectionate hands.
And that is exactly of how I feel about this album. Returning to lay on this burst of emotion ; full of darkness, hopelessness, vanity and angst that make it to sound like the last screaming words of a lost teenager before leaving his/her soul lapses into non-existence.
And those words become my emerging ,from adulthood repression, teenage voice that resonates again,
And that ‘s where I find myself,
That’s where I find my inner reconciliation,
That’s where I find my peace.
