Blizzi Boi is a well-kept secret in underground music. Usually written off for his close relationship with the internet fantasy realm known as BasedWorld (founded by controversial rapper Lil B the BasedGod) and his now-squashed beef with the Soulja Boy endorsed Ocean Gang, Blizzi has a lot more going for him in the prospect of actual talent then a majority of the artists he associates himself with... hell he has more talent and innovation then most rappers hitting the radio these days. The way he uses the played-out autotune method is fresh and smooth, and his voice is simultaniously soothing and raspy. He raps about everything from the expected swag, lick-hitting, boasts of superiority and popularity with females. To unusual fixations like black-n-milds, tylenol pm, fairys, mystical multi-dimensional adventures, and aquatic exploration. On paper Flowers, he breaks out of his shell to elaborate on personal problems like his health, his mental stability, relationships, and contemplation of his place as a rapper as well as a human being. Backed by top-notch, Clams-worthy production by associate Winn Smith, the mixtape/album shows off all of Blizzi's best qualitys while raising his standards with lyrical maturity.
