Letting Up Despite Great Faults' Self Titled can be summed up with one word; cute. Like that music you hear on the youth sitcoms just when two characters are about to kiss, this is it. Though this does bring questions to the table, like "doesn't the sound get boring?" The answer is "yes" but lasting just over a half an hour, the record finishes before it gets to the stage of annoyance. What is lacks in the creativty, and the emotion impact department, it succeeds in the art of making lush and tender music for your cute whore of a girlfriend/ boyfriend : ).

Scale The Summit Carving Desert Canyons
Instrumental rock or metal has always been pretty irrelevant to me. With artists like Buckethead, and numerous uses I've been showed there has been nothing that has really kept my attention and stopped me from keeping their records to a one listener. And Scale The Summit's my opinuin hasn't really changed. I mean obviously they are fantastic musicians, with skillful quitarsolos thrown in at tasteful times and drumming that is very exceptional, but as with other instrumental albums it seems that this record is only here for just that. • musicaddiction101 ok cool thanks. I didn't like Mono's newest as much as I thought I would which is really sad. I had others in my top 5. But I'll definitely check out the others.

  • musicaddiction101 Lately it's just been anything but mostly laid back stuff. About as heavy as it gets for me is CTTS and stuff. Not a huge fan of metal.
