Quintessential Indie Rock! Full of memorable songs, witty lyrics and stylistic variation, in spite of having over 20 songs, not many of them can be called filler, and each one of those would be a standout in any other album.
This is a complete success in every way but in the commercial sense, so it actually deserves a 5, but it can be difficult to get into the chaotic storm and the sub-production in the first times.
Among the many highlights there is: The Freed Pig, Black Haired Gurl, Limb by Limb, Renaissance Man and As the World dies....		4.5

I'm sorry, maybe I'm missing something, but I don't understand all the praise. All there it is to hear in this album is pure norsecore and breakdowns if you ask me. The only appeal of these particular collection is its brutality....and honestly, even that wears old after the second listen. If you seek for brutality, there are zillions of better bands in the grindcore and death metal genres to enjoy. Anaal Nathrakh are a better but similar option to this.		2

Satanic Surfers Unconsciously Confined
Holly balls, batman, this is actually a very FUN listen! Don't expect any technichality here, this is fast, to the point, melodic hardcore/punk pop. The hooks are strong and infectous, and many songs, like Pecan Pie and Bittesweet will stick in your mind.
The lyrics are mostly about everyday life, but singer Rodrigo also makes time to talk about the discrimination he suffered (PC = Potential Criminal); but when he tries to make a social/political protest, he fails EPICALLY (State of Conformity, Don't Let Silence Be An Option).
To listen without high expectations.		3
