  • Sniff It's a good record. But as you maybe would've expected with a second release within six months it's a bit watered down compared to traces of weakness

  • DoofusWainwright New rec competition is up - 88-92. I'm expecting you to have a gem of a rec up your sleeves :D

  • Jethro42 I'd probably start with Stardust We Are, even if it's a big chunk to swallow. As you could see in Prog Archives, all their albums contain killer songs, but none of the albums are perfect since they all contain fillers to my ear, but the killer tracks make up for it. Btw, I enjoyed Anderson/Stolt for the most part, even if they play safely most of the time. And you're right, it destroys Heaven and Earth (Subway Wall is pretty cool though, but it doesn't save the album).

  • Jethro42 Boy! That's an interesting duo! The fact that couple of The Flower Kings' musicians are involved in here is adding some good Yes vibes since TFK was hugely inspired by Yes from the start. I'm listening to it atm, thank you so much for this. I also have to relisten to Heaven and Earth (if I dare) since I don't remember a single note of it. Indeed Anderson/Stolt stuff sounds more promising after hearing the first few songs. It turns out to be a really good combination. Cheers!
