  • CaptainDooRight sounds good! best wishes. Do some interval training at the track ie sprints short sprints longer sprints, mix it up. the proper food will fuel your workouts as well and you'll want to workout with that added proper energy. talk to you later

  • CaptainDooRight ...so for workouts since you don't have access to a gym and prolly don't have home weights, you don't need that. Do you have a local track? You should mix up sprinting, push ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, jogging, like one day try to do lower body and another day do upper body and do bodyweight lifting for at least 4 days a week. Your success will come from your determination. Give me you thoughts and I'll elaborate on whatever you need bro.

  • CaptainDooRight ...like stay away from butter, mayo, oils, grease, all that fatty crap, if you need to flavor your food use natural sugar based stuff like real maple syrup, whole nut dressings without added oil, avocados and whole vine rippened olives are ok in extreme moderation but the key is to get your fat WAY down and only eat to satisfaction so when you're full stop eating, many people gain weight because they rely on food for comfort and have mentally trained themselves to keep eating, workout next....

  • CaptainDooRight well if you weigh 230 and are 5'10'' then you immediately need to change what you're eating. first all lower your fat intake, processed foods, junk foods ect. Don't count calories but focus on eating whole foods like whole wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes if you like them, veggies ie spinach brocolli, peas, whole sweet corn, green beans, beans, lentils, if you eat meat get away from the fatty red meat and eat lean chicken cuts like breasts, turkey and fish, drop all the fat really tho....

I'm half black, anywho tell me about yourself so I can tailor something to you. ie what are your goals? are you overweight, under? do you want to build muscle, loose fat, get toned, ripped, what do you eat? do you eat meat, do you have access to fruits veggies meats carbs healthy food? things like that...
